Service Description

A 60 minutes initial review of baseline nutrition history, discuss client's nutrition concern and goals to achieve through the session. It will also include education, plans and recommendation to implement at home.

To cancel or reschedule. You must contact us 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full payment amount if no show to appointment without advance noticed.
